3.0 WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
3.1 By accessing and browsing our Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, all LifeSynergi™ and LifeSynergi Spiritual Profiling™ Terms and Conditions.
3.2 All materials on the LifeSynergi™ and LifeSynergi Spiritual Profiling™ Site are copyrighted and may not be used except as provided in these Terms and Conditions without the expressed written permission of LifeSynergi™ and LifeSynergi Spiritual Profiling™.
3.3 The user shall use LifeSynergi.com for lawful purposes only. The user shall not post or transmit through LifeSynergi.com any material that violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or that, without LifeSynergi™ and LifeSynergi Spiritual Profiling™ express prior approval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services.
